- RN – full-time days, 6 a to 6 p, Skilled
- C.N.A. – ft days, 6 a to 6 p, Skilled
- C.N.A. – PRN days, float
- QMA – ft days, 6 a to 6 p, Skilled
- QMA – ft days, 6 a to 6 p, Assisted Living
- QMA – ft nights, 6 p to 6 a, Assisted Living
